Introducing our foundational Aerial Yoga Training

This Course is Designed For:

  • Yoga Instructors and Fitness & Wellness Professionals looking to expand their teaching repertoire and add aerial yoga or aerial yoga techniques into their classes or sessions.

  • Passionate Yoga Practitioners who want to deepen their personal practice and learn the fundamentals of aerial yoga in a supportive setting.

  • New Teachers interested in building confidence through hands-on training, feedback, and small group support.

This comprehensive, immersive teacher training is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to teach aerial yoga safely and effectively. With a limited class size of 6 participants, you’ll receive personal instruction and support to grow as a yoga instructor in this exciting and transformative field.

The curriculum also includes cueing and spotting tips as well as sequencing and teaching methodology. Upon completion of your practicum teaching exam, you will get your certification and have a 60 min sequence aerial class to add to your toolkit.
